As part of its dissemination activities, the Giantleap project has today released data from its tests on balance-of-plant components.
As it was found in the early months of the project, while data for fuel cells is readily available, data for BoP components is very difficult to come by, even if these are the main causes of failures in fuel-cell systems.
The Giantleap project contributes today to the community this data on air compressors and humidifiers that will enable researchers and students to study their behaviour and degradation patterns.
